Privacy, in plain English.

• Your account basics: name, email, phone number, and billing status.
• Your coaching data: goals, weekly check-ins (weight, optional body fat, notes), and the calorie and macro targets calculated from them.
• Your message history with your CoachGenX coaching number.

Your trainer. That's the point of the product: your check-ins, trends, and messages ground the coaching you get. Coaching replies may be drafted with AI assistance working under your trainer's direction, using your history to stay grounded in your plan. Your data never informs anyone else's coaching, and we don't train shared or foundation models on it.

• Sell data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• Run ads or share message content for marketing.
• Give anyone access to your conversations beyond your trainer and the infrastructure providers below.

A short list of providers, each touching only what its job requires:

• Supabase: database and authentication. Stores the data described above.
• Stripe: billing. Sees payment details; never sees message content.
• Messaging provider: SMS/iMessage delivery. Carries message traffic to and from your coaching number.

We keep your data while your account is active so your coaching keeps its context. Close your account and we delete your coaching data and message history within 30 days, minus what billing law requires us to keep. You can request deletion of any part of it at any time.

Text STOP at any time to end messaging immediately. Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@coachgenx.com. We answer data requests within a business day.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database access is row-level scoped, enforced in the database itself, so your account can only ever reach its own data.
